Natalie is the senior manager for Gateway Central Service’s (formally RCS). She has a wealth of knowledge working across corporate and community settings, a strong customer service background, and a passion for helping people.

Overseeing the community team that works across Hampshire, Natalie provides a variety of support activities for adults, children, and families; she looks after our community pantries, adult education programmes, Hampshire activity and food provision (HAF) programmes, and ad hoc project work. Natalie is also responsible for sourcing funding and support, being both proactive and reactive to the needs of the local communities that GCS works in.
